Ideally, one weeks notice is great. However, we understand that life can get in the way and some times we forget things. If you need a rush order, please send us a direct message on Instagram with as much detail as possible that way we can speed up the process. We will always do our best to help you celebrate!

Of course! Balloons are available for both pick up and delivery across Melbourne!

All our helium balloons are filled with hi-float which increases your balloons float time. Balloons will last a full day and some times longer however it depends greatly on the climate conditions. Balloons should be ordered on the day of your event and not the day before.

Are payments refundable? 
Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. We prepare your orders as soon as payment is received to ensure no issues occur.
